1. IT Strategy | Select and roll out digital services within the Group that can be utilized in the next five years, looking ahead to the next decade of our business |

2. Organization | Establish an organization to oversee and operate the information security (safety) and IT environment of the entire Kuroda Group |
3. Business | Identify the common parts of the Kuroda Group and the customized parts of each business, fully grasp each business, and promote digitalization |
4. Cost | Evaluate the allocation of IT costs and the return on investment for each customized and common part of each Kuroda Group business |
5. Operation | Through the maintenance and development of IT environments, constantly review and improve our BCP response envisioning large-scale disasters and wide-area outages |
6. Observance of rules | Maintain policies and provide education to ensure compliance with the legal systems of each country, our business partner guidelines, and internal rules |
7. Risk management | Constantly review IT environment security measures and internal training to prevent data leaks and security incidents |
8. Procurement | In procuring IT equipment and software, set selection criteria and the direction of our service and product groups to prevent unnecessary IT investment |
