Kuroda Group Compliance Code of Conduct

The Kuroda Group Compliance Code of Conduct has been established as a guideline which the Kuroda Group’s officers and employees must follow during all business activities.
The Kuroda Group Compliance Code of Conduct goes beyond mere legal compliance and sets clear guidelines on how each employee should act in their daily duties and activities from the perspective of higher social and corporate ethics. It is designed to fulfill the Company's social responsibilities and earn the trust of all stakeholders.
This Code of Conduct encompasses the seven core subjects defined in ISO 26000—"organizational governance," "human rights," "labor practices," "the environment," "fair operating practices," "consumer issues," and "community involvement and development"—and represents the fundamental stance of the Company's business activities.
